On April 15th, I talked about “News As a Conversation” in my Online Journalism class at Lindenwood University. The presentation was based on the chapter “Managing News as a Conversation” in Mark Briggs‘ book JournalismNext, in which he talks about the interaction between users and content providers. You can find my Prezi here.
Since the chapter is all about user-generated content and collaboration, I asked my classmates to comment and discuss the topic while I was presenting. It was a total experiment that proved to be successful!
Here’s the discussion that came out of it. Enjoy!
